had to break away to clear the head – much needed and some more juice then expected.
heard OB was good this morning too.

Funny how Nor Cal can still serve up a beating in the dead of summer.

you gotta have it – especially when things start getting tough.  the other thing I usually do is stop and take a look at the bigger picture – hell, I mean its not like I am over in Iraq getting shot at.  I mean how hard can this really be?
